TO THE ATTENTION OF THE CITIZENS!
The president judge of Baku Local Economic Court No.2 receives the citizens on Mondays from 1500 to 1800 and on Fridays from 10.00-13.00 of every week.
The reception of the citizens by the senior advisors of Baku Local Economic Court No.2 is conducted from 09.00 to 18.00 of I-V days of every week.
In accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “on Courts and Judges” the judges do not receive the people related to the case during the preparation period to the trial and court proceedings
As is known, in accordance to the Financing Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the World Bank, Judicial Modernization Project is implemented by the Ministry of Justice. Within the Project, the construction of new courthouse and repair and rehabilitation of the existing courthouses is envisaged. At present, the designing of the new administrative building for Baku Local Economic Court No.2 that meets modern international requirements is implemented in the allocated land plot and the start of the construction is intended for the second half of the current year. Electronic document flows and latest ICT equipment will be introduced in the new administrative building.
